              CONDITIONS OF SALE


This Puppy/dog is Guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my
Knowledge.Included 1st shot,several wormings. 
Buyer must have puppy/dog checked over by a licensed Vetinary.
with in 5days of purchase of the hour of the first regular 
business day following the date of sales contract. 
If the vet finds any life threatening wrong with the puppy/dog
the following may occur:

1. Exchange for another puppy/dog that is available at the time of 
exchange.

2.Arrangements maybe made between buyer and seller to compensate buyer 
with a puppy from a future litter.

No compensation to buyer for gas,mileage,travel expenses or any other
expenses acquired during the purchase transactiona. 
Any of these 2 options are possible providing a 
vet statement verifing illness. to the seller of the puppy/dog illness.

The puppy is to be returned with in 5 days of the sale to the seller.
                     
                         AGREEMENT

I the undersigned seller assume no responsability after this puppy/dog leaves 
my premises for any change of mind on the owners part,such as land lords 
disaproval,allergies,disagreement of family,potty traning problmes,ect... 


It is further understood and agreed that the seller offers no warranty of 
representation in regard to above referensed. Puppy/dog except as stated 
in the agreement,contract. Seller may agree to accept puppy back 
from buyer with no refundor compensation to buyer if any of the above
 listed should occur.

I DONT GUARANTEE COCCIDIA,GIARDIA,WORMS, TEMPERMENT,SIZE,
LONG TERM HEALTH ISSUES, INTELLIGENCE OR TRAINING.
