How to prevent your puppy from diseases

When picking out a puppy make sure you receive a health guarantee to ensure you a happy,healthy puppy.

Please be careful when picking out a puppy it is frowned upon when a person goes from breeders home to another breeders home with out bleaching everything from your clothing,shoes, etc...This is how many diseases spread. It also is not a good idea to go to the human society then to a breeders home.

Vaccinations

Vaccinations must be current distemper combination 1st shot 6wks,2nd 9wks,3rd 12 wks of age.

unless other wise specified by a licensed Vet.

Once a year after they have turned 1 yr old to keep them protected against diseases is required.

During this time your puppy should not attend any pet stores.

If you take them other places be sure they are current with there animals vaccinations as well.

Vaccinations we use- Nobivac:canine 1-DAPPv

We also use-Intervet : Canine parainfluenza-bordetella bronchiseptica Vaccine other wise known as (kennel cough)

Flea treatment- We currently use Revolution on all of our dogs it is costly however it treats everything at once!!!

fleas,heartworms,mites,ear mites, any type of worm. So your saving money by using all in one treatment verses the frontline plus with iverhart method for heart worms.,and wormer,ear mite meds.tape worm meds. We take the XL dose of Revolution and dose it out .25cc for small dogs this will last you a long time and save you money in the long run!!

Inconjunction we also use food grade Diatomaceous Earth all natural powder for any worms,fleas,flies,mosquitos.... this can be used in dogs food, drinking water, bedding, as topical very little is needed.
